Bangui Windmills, Ilocos Norte . What is something wonderful about Bangui Windmills is that although it's man made its by the bay, there's still nature around it. The sea seems so calm just gentle waves on a sunny day. Small houses are being built , people there said it will be a room for rent for travelers. There are souvenir shops, Kangkang coffee shop, pay toilets and nice people. How we get there- We contacted Heinrich (driver/tour guide #09476442271 )for the tricycle ride going to Bangui Windmills and to the road where we can get a bus going to Laoag. However, It is more comfortable if you will hire a van if you are more than two persons or check it out if you can join other passengers so transportation won't be too expensive.
I have some photos with some insights on what I learned from this journey.
It is good to prepare sandwiches and water as baon because after we went to Bangui it took quite a while to ride a bus going to Laoag.
We cannot visit all sight seeing places in 4 days because there are many things to put into consideration like the weather, the travel time , the budget, health & moods. We are thankful to God for making this trip possible : our energy and stamina , all our vital senses like eyes to see the beauty of Ilocos, funds... that's God's blessings.
I appreciate this place. The Bangui Windmills can be seen from the bus but seeing it nearer makes me feel like a child again w/ giant windmills around me , small houses that look like Goldilocks house and of course, the blue green water completes the wonderland.
See you again on my next travel journey with my wonderful siblings or with other travel buddies. Let me know your travel experiences too in this good earth named P h i l i p p i ne s ( hahaha I felt slightly confused w/ the spelling).

If God permits I would like to go back to Laoag by plane and go back to Manila by land. Plane ride is a blessing to us however , you need to adjust your itinerary on your plane schedule. While by land you can overstay or extend your vacation because there are many buses going back and forth to Manila daily.
